Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Since we are conducting wholesale transactions, partial returns will not be accepted. Please plan your purchase according to your actual sales; we recommend testing the market first before making a bulk purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging the return shipping. Once the product is shipped, please provide us with the shipping label so that we can track the shipment accordingly. The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. You can choose between air shipping, which is faster but more expensive, or sea shipping, which is cheaper but slower. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that natural cracks, dents, geodes, or cleavage in the crystals or stones are not considered defects. Additionally, as we are dealing in wholesale, variations in product quality or grade within the same shipment should be expected. While we strive to accurately represent these variations in product photos, they should not be considered as damages or defects.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), unique items (most of them are sourced from other providers, and therefore, they are not covered under this return policy) and any items classified as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, lightning deals or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the legal 14-day cancellation period does not apply for business-to-business (B2B) sales.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. 

The shipping costs for returning the products are not refundable.
